Our dental team consists of highly skilled and friendly staff members.

Jeanne Lilley - Practice Manager

Jeanne began her career in dentistry in 1971 as a surgical dental assistant. In 1987 her career grew as she began working in business administration in the practice. Jeanne has been a dental consultant and enjoyed working as an adjunct faculty member for HACC teaching dental practice management. Her love of dentistry continues to grow, and she will soon have her fellowship in practice management. In her community she is a hospice volunteer. Jeanne is single and has two children and six grandchildren, all of whom keep her very active!

Linda Gockley - Assistant Manager

The first staff member Dr. Knowlton hired, Linda has as many years with the practice as he does. She and her husband Mike have six children and 12 grandchildren, so she is also a busy mother and grandmother. They are involved in many extracurricular activities that keep them even busier. They dote on their two older cats and are very active in their church. In Linda's spare time she enjoys reading, crafts, traveling, music, and visiting with friends. She has traveled with Dr. Knowlton to many continuing education courses from Massachusetts to Florida, Michigan, and Arizona, learning something new at each one.

Sue Knowlton - Business Manager

Sue currently works at the front desk part-time, but has been behind the scenes since marrying Dr. Knowlton in 1986. Sue has a degree in Biology from Rowan University and a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She is very involved in the school that their youngest child, Amie, attends, as well as St. Peter's Church. Their older children, Ricky and Kenny, attend Penn State University. In her spare time she enjoys reading, beadwork, and traveling.

Rebecca Horst - Registered Dental Hygienist

Rebecca (Becky) joined our practice in 2010 as a hygienist after 16 years in a periodontal practice. Previously, she had worked as a certified dental assistant. After earning her RDH degree through HACC, she was invited to serve as a member of their dental hygiene program's advisory board. Married to Don, Becky is the proud mother of two married children and one much-adored grandchild. She looks forward to meeting all of Dr Knowlton's patients, which she says is always the best part of her job.

Lori Palmer - Registered Dental Hygienist

On staff at Knowlton Dental since 1999, Lori received an Associate of Arts Degree in Dental Hygiene from HACC. She has completed training from Susquehanna EMS and is an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor. Lori has two children, Justin and Kacie. Her hobbies include going to the beach, playing volleyball, playing the piano, and reading. She grew up in Lebanon and still resides in the North Lebanon area.

Casandra Dodson - CDA, EFDA

A dental assistant with Dr Knowlton since 1990, Casandra earned her expanded function dental assistant degree in 2008 from Keystone Technical Institute. Casandra lives in Elizabethtown with her husband Jeff, and they have fun keeping up with their blended family of six children. Because she loves the outdoors, Casandra enjoys yard work, as well as scrapbooking and interior design, and trips to the beach and other travel.

Stacy Weaver - CDA, EFDA

A graduate of Harcum College's program for expanded function dental assisting, Stacy enjoys helping Dr. Knowlton create beautiful smiles. In her spare time she rides horses, and works in her garden and flower bed growing award-winning herbs and blooms. She and her husband, Justin, enjoy showing their registered Lineback dairy cows and going to tractor pulls and shows.

Jennifer Mentzer - Business Administrator

Jennifer has been working part-time at the front desk since November 2006. She is married to Jack, the local Chief of Police, and they have three children, Cody, Collene, and Chad. Their dog, Chloe, rounds out the family. Jenn is a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and has lived in Elizabethtown most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing taxi driver for her children, and going to the beach and doing pilates.

Pat Hake - CDA

A 2010 graduate of Willow Street Career and Technology Center's dental assisting program, she was a member of the National Technology Honor Society and received the President's Gold Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence. Pat has a son, Chad, and lives in the Elizabethtown area. As a part-time fitness instructor for LA Fitness in Lancaster, she is also the club's Racquetball Pro. Having previously served in the Army, Pat enjoys racquetball, riding horses, gardening and fishing.

Dianna Wills - Business Administrator

Dianna has been a patient of Dr Knowlton for the entire time he has been practicing dentistry in our area. Before joining Knowlton Dental in 2007, she spent most of her career in communications and public relations after graduating from Elizabethtown College. She and her husband Mike enjoy the arts and travel whenever possible. A blended family, they have four children and two granddaughters. Their children are Anjela, Bryan, Megan, and Bridgid.
