Richard D. Knowlton DMD, MAGD, FADI

Through the National Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Richard Knowlton has achieved Mastership status, an award earned by less than one percent of dentists in the country. He has taken more than 1,500 hours of continuing education beyond dental school in all aspects of dentistry, and he has passed a stringent examination. In addition, Dr. Knowlton was awarded the Academy's Life-Long Learning and Service Recognition in 2007 for his on-going continuing education and service to the profession, his patients, and his community.

Married to Susan with three children, Ricky, Kenny and Amie. Dr. Knowlton enjoys gardening, volleyball, cycling, racquetball, sailing, and scuba diving.

John V. Gustafson, DMD, MAGD, FADI

A native of the Pittsburgh area, Dr. Gustafson had a family dental practice in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, for 27 years before moving to practice with Dr. Knowlton. He has also achieved mastership status through the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Gustafson lives in Mount Joy and has a son, Jesse, married to Shanna, and a grandson, Liam.
