Linda Gockley - Business Manager - Linda is celebrating 25 years with the practice! As the business manager for the last 24 years, she was the first staff member Dr. Knowlton hired. She and her husband Mike have six children, with 12 grandchildren ranging in age from one to 14 years, so she is also a busy mother and grandmother. They are involved in many extracurricular activities that keep them even busier. They also have two ten-year old cats and are very active in their church. In Linda's spare time she enjoys reading, crafts, traveling, music, and visiting with friends. She has traveled with Dr. Knowlton to many continuing education courses from Massachusetts to Florida, Michigan, and Arizona, learning something new at each one.
	Sue Knowlton - Front Desk - Sue currently works at the front desk part-time, but has been behind the scenes since marrying Dr. Knowlton in 1986. Sue has a degree in Biology from Rowan University and a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She is very involved in the schools that her younger children Kenny and Amie attend, as well as St. Peter's Church. Their oldest, Ricky, attends Penn State University. In her spare time she enjoys reading, beadwork, and traveling.
	Lori Palmer - Registered Dental Hygienist - On staff at Knowlton Dental since 1999, Lori received an Associate of Arts Degree in Dental Hygiene from HACC. She has completed training from Susquehanna EMS and is an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor. She is married to John, who enjoys real estate investing. Lori has two children, Justin 7 years old, and Kacie, 4. Her hobbies include going to the beach, playing volleyball, playing the piano, and reading. She grew up in Lebanon and still resides in the North Lebanon area.
	Jerri Nottingham - Registered Dental Hygienist - With an associates degree in Dental Hygiene, Jerri went on to earn a B.S. in Health Administration with a minor in dental hygiene. Jerri is married to Stuart, who is studying Invasive Cardiovascular Technology at Lancaster General Hospital.  With two beautiful girls, Josephine and Mackenzie, she frequently travels to North Carolina, Virginia, and Pittsburgh to visit their many relatives. She lives in the Mount Joy area and enjoys visiting schools, organizations, and community events as the "Tooth Fairy," educating children and adults on oral health.
	Ellen Garber - Dental Assistant - Ellen has worked at Knowlton Dental since Aug 2002 as a dental assistant who also works at the front desk. She graduated from Ephrata High School in 1997 and Eastern College in 2001 with a degree in Elementary Education. Married to Ryan, Ellen has a daughter, Megan Renee, and a son, R. Hunter. She enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with family.
	Tracey Potoczek - Dental Assistant - Tracey graduated from Hempfield High School and Mt. Joy Votech in 1987, then earned certification as a medical assistant from the National Education Center in 1989. She worked for Knowlton Dental from 1989-1991, moved out of the area, and was rehired at Knowlton Dental in 2004. She has been married to Troy for 13 years and lives in Reading with her family. Tracey has two children, Brent, 12 years old, and Jeffrey, 20. She enjoys family time, puzzles, music, and movies.
	Casandra Dodson - Dental Assistant, EFDA - Graduated from Donegal High School in 1990 and Willow Street Vo-Tech Dental Assisting Program in 1990, Casandra has been with Knowlton Dental for over 18 years. She has worked as a dental assistant for most of that time and earned her certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in 2008. Casandra is married to Jeff and together they have six children, Alexa and Brennen, and Andrew, Shawn, Rebecca, and Malin. She lives in Bainbridge and enjoys gardening, scrapbooking, and the beach .
	Margie Trefz - Dental Assistant, CDA, EFDA - Born and raised in Delaware County, Margie graduated from Lyons Technical Institute in 1982 for dental assisting, and Harcum College in 1986 as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). Married to Jim, who is a stay-at-home Dad, Margie has a son, Justin Brennan, a daughter, Jennifer Brennan, and young twins James and Rachel.
	Stacy Weaver - Dental Assistant, CDA, EFDA - After graduating from Willow Street Votech in 2002 for dental assisting, Stacy earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification in 2006. She is married to Justin, who is a Cleveland Brothers Caterpillar Sales Representative. With five horses and a cow, Sassy, Stacy enjoys working outside, riding horse and milking cows.
	Jenn Mentzer - Front Desk - Jenn has been working part-tme at the front desk since Novmber 2006. She is married to Jack, Chief of Police in Elizabethtown, and they have three children, Cody, Collene, and Chad. Jenn is a graduate of Elizabethtown High School and has lived in Elizabethtown most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing taxi driver for her children and going to the beach and doing pilates.
	Dianna Wills - Office Staff - Dianna is the newest member of Knowlton Dental. A patient for the entire time Dr. Knowlton has been practicing in our area, Dianna spent most of her career in communications and marketing, and now works the front desk and manages practice marketing. Dianna and husband Mike enjoy the arts and travel whenever possible. A blended family, they have four children. Dianna has a daughter Anjela, who is married to Shawn and has daughters Laura and Erin, and a son Bryan newly married to Brianne. Mike has two daughters, Megan and Bridgid. When not reading, trying new recipes, or sewing, Dianna can be found looking for more fabric.
