Dr Knowlton went to the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center creating mouth guards for the next Winter Olympians (luge and bobsled teams).
As one of lead dental consultants for the United States Olympic Committee, Dr Knowlton has fabricated mouthguards for Olympic boxing, karate, wrestling and field hockey teams.
Dr Knowlton is one of the foremost experts in Sports Dentistry being featured in numerous publications throughout his career. He is an Olympic Team Dentist for the USA Field Hockey Team most recently attending the Rio Olympic Games.
